All security checks are executed by trained personnel of all genders. [UNVRS] reserves the right to deny access to any individual who does not comply with security directives. Cooperation with our control team ensures a seamless and secure experience for all.

Prohibited items:
- Large bags and backpacks.
- Flip-flops, beach shorts, swimwear, or uncovered torsos.
- Football or other sports team jerseys.
- Ideological, religious or political flags and attire, or symbols deemed disruptive to the guest experience.

[UNVRS] does not offer locker or cloakroom facilities. We advise attendees to arrive with only mission-critical items. No secure storage is provided on-site.

Where we’re going, you don’t need baggage. Backpacks, luggage, or large bags are not allowed. Anything larger than a standard-sized handbag may be refused entry.

Once a guest exits [UNVRS], re-entry is not permitted without the purchase of a new ticket. There are many outdoor zones within [UNVRS] to take a break, relax and recharge.

Access Parameters: Standard tickets grant full access to the general admission zones within [UNVRS]. For elevated access, including private balconies and premium viewing decks, VIP ticket upgrades or table bookings are required.

[UNVRS] is fully wheelchair accessible and engineered to be an inclusive, adaptive environment, welcoming guests of all abilities.

ID Verification: to ensure secure and smooth entry, all guests must present a valid photo ID. Accepted forms include government-issued ID cards or passports. Please ensure you bring the original document. Photocopies or digital images will not be accepted.

To ensure compliance with [UNVRS] regulations, all attendees must be 18 years or older, even if accompanied by an adult. Guests unable to present valid photo ID confirming their age will be denied entry.

VIP clients will have access to two dedicated VIP car parks, located on the North and South sides of the venue.

This establishment is not liable for any damage, theft, or loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle, nor for damages caused by natural events or third parties.

Public transport “Discobus” connections are available via the dedicated stop at the [UNVRS] entrance roundabout.
Services will operate in both directions: [UNVRS] → San Antonio / San Antonio → [UNVRS].

Shuttles are one way from Playa d'en Bossa (In front of Ushuaïa Ibiza reception) & San Antonio (Bus Station). They will arrive and drop off guests at the designated "Drop-Off Zone" located directly in front of the [UNVRS] arches.
This area has been purpose-built to ensure a seamless arrival experience.

To optimise traffic flow within the urbanisation during early morning hours, all taxis must drop guests at the same "Drop-Off Zone" used by the shuttles.
Additionally, a dedicated taxi rank will be operational at VIP Parking 1, allowing guests to depart [UNVRS] conveniently without the need to walk back to the arches.

Guests arriving by private vehicle must park in the general parking area, which is open to the public and free of charge.

This establishment is not liable for any damage, theft, or loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle, nor for damages caused by natural events or third parties.

Our parking staff will be stationed next to the entrance arches of [UNVRS] to guide you to the appropriate area.

On arrival, follow on-site signage to the designated VIP entry points. This streamlined access route ensures priority entrance for all VIP bookings. Once your reservation is confirmed, a member of our team will provide you with an access map and your assigned VIP entrance.

VIP valet drop-off is located at the entrance to the main car park, ensuring a seamless arrival for all VIP bookings. Once your reservation is confirmed, a member of our team will provide instructions on which VIP valet to use.

Can I pay by card?
[UNVRS] operates contactless and card transactions. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Union Pay, Maestro, and American Express.

Please ensure your ID matches the name on the card when paying during the event, this is a standard verification protocol.

Do you accept cash?
Yes, cash is accepted, within limits defined by local regulations. For your convenience, an ATM is available inside the venue.

In case of cancellation, you may move the booking to another event (subject to availability) or request a refund up to 48-hours before the event, except for the Opening & Closing parties or other special events, which require 72-hour notice.

Flip-flops, tank tops and swimwear are not allowed. Men must wear long pants, not shorts. We don’t allow any sports team merch or any ideological, religious or political flags attire or flags that may cause offence.

For the safety and comfort of all our guests, anything larger than a standard-sized handbag shall not be allowed into the premises. Please do not bring luggage, backpacks, or large bags with you.

The use of professional cameras, drones and/or similar devices, Meta glasses and/or similar wearables, digital cameras with telescopic lenses, tablets, laser devices, audio recording equipment, monopods, tripods, or selfie sticks is not allowed. The use of cameras or devices for commercial or promotional content is strictly prohibited without prior authorisation from [UNVRS]. Unauthorised recording is not allowed.

For an optimal [UNVRS] VIP experience, we recommend arriving before 01:30. Please let us know your expected arrival time for you and your group.

All attendants must be 18 or older to enter [UNVRS], regardless of whether they are accompanied by an adult. Anyone unable to provide valid identification confirming their age will be denied entry.
At the VIP entrance, only original personal identification will be accepted. Photocopies or photos of documents will not be valid.
For European citizens: a national identity card or passport.
For non-European citizens: a passport.
Driver's licenses and similar documents are not acceptable under any circumstances.

eTickets can be conveniently downloaded and displayed directly on your smartphone. No need to print, simply show your digital ticket upon arrival.

Tickets are available at the door, however for the best price and guaranteed entry, we highly recommend securing your ticket online at unvrs.com.

With the added protection of 360 Cancellation Insurance, ticket holders can request a full refund by notifying Clubtickets at help@clubtickets.com at least 24 hours before the event begins. This applies in cases like delayed flights, illness, or any other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from attending. Please note, once the event has started, refunds are no longer available. We recommend contacting Clubtickets as soon as you know you won’t be able to attend.

For select events, we offer a Before 1 AM ticket, granting entry until 1 AM. Arrivals after this time will require an upgrade to a standard ticket to gain access. Please be aware that queues may form, so we recommend arriving early for a smooth experience with your Before 1 AM ticket. For those with a standard ticket, there is no last entry time, but arriving early ensures a seamless entry.

For select events, a limited number of VIP tickets will be available, granting access to our VIP common area. Please note, these tickets do not include access to VIP tables.

Photography and video recording for personal use are permitted when using a smartphone, provided that the rights of third parties are respected. However, any filming or photography for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

Access with medication or medical devices

If you have a medical condition that requires you to carry medication or personal medical devices (for example, insulin, EpiPen or others), you may enter the venue with them.
To facilitate access, we recommend contacting our team in advance at contact@unvrs.com to inform us of your situation. This will ensure our security and medical staff are aware and can assist you upon arrival.
Whenever possible, we recommend bringing your medication in its original packaging to make identification easier. Our medical team can voluntarily store it if you prefer not to carry it with you during the event, especially if it requires special preservation conditions.

If there is any doubt regarding the nature of the medication, entrance staff may refer you to the venue’s medical team, who may request medical accreditation or a prescription and verify the medication if deemed necessary.

Our goal is to ensure the safety of all guests while respecting each individual’s personal medical needs.

• Right of admission is reserved.
• All attendees must bring valid original ID and in force: citizens of European countries will require a national ID or passport; citizens from other countries will require a passport.
• Dress code: No flip-flops, tank tops, swimwear, uncovered torsos, and / or football / basketball team jerseys, flags, as well as any ideological attire that might offend the attendants’ sensitivities, are allowed into the premises of [UNVRS].
• There is no cloakroom available at the venue. Backpacks, luggage or large bags are not permitted (except ladies’ handbags).
• [UNVRS] operates an over 18s policy. Anyone under the age of 18 will be refused entry. Entry is not allowed for any minors, even if accompanied by an adult and/or their parents or legal guardians. 
• Early arrival is advisable to secure admission.
• Opening & Closing times are not fixed and may change on the day.
• When consuming alcoholic beverages within the premises of [UNVRS], we recommend that you do so in moderation and at your own responsibility.
• The consumption and/or sale of drugs within the premises of [UNVRS] is strictly prohibited. 
• Recording and/or photographing for advertising/commercial purposes without express authorization from [UNVRS] is strictly prohibited. GoPro accessories such as selfie sticks, monopods, and other professional photography equipment are prohibited at this event.
• It is strictly prohibited to bring beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) into the premises of [UNVRS].
• Lineups and set times may be subject to change.
• No re-entry allowed, once you exit the venue, you will have to pay again to access.
• Keep your ticket until the event has ended.
• You can request a refund within 48 hours following the cancelled event. Please, contact the ticket vendor or ticket sales platform from which you purchased your tickets, except when the cancellation is due to force majeure and/or weather conditions as provided by applicable legislation. You will need to present your original purchase ticket.
• Attendants are responsible for their personal property at all times and should never leave their belongings unattended.
• You are informed of the presence of surveillance cameras inside [UNVRS], which are used to process captured images to ensure the security of individuals, property, and facilities. 
• By purchasing your ticket to [UNVRS], you expressly consent to the possibility of being filmed or photographed by our team, and that this material may be used on our social media or other channels for advertising/commercial purposes. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please do not pose for photos and inform our staff.

INFORMATION ON DATA PROTECTION
Both, USHUAÏA ENTERTAINMENT, S.L. and THE NIGHT LEAGUE,S.L., shall process your personal data to manage the purchase of tickets as Joint Controller. Your identity information shall not be transferred to third parties, unless the companies are subject to legal obligations.
