David Guetta once again crowned World’s #1 DJ
The French master took the World’s #1 DJ crown last night at DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs LIVE. The prestigious awards show was held in Ibiza for the second year in a row, with an immense, eclectic lineup of DJs from different scenes and continents.
To celebrate his record-breaking sixth time topping the poll, which he first achieved in 2011, David Guetta got behind the decks and played the set of a lifetime.
[UNVRS] regulars also took home awards, highlighting the calibre of artists we’ve booked across the first two seasons of the world’s first hyperclub. Charlotte de Witte, who played insane shows in 2025 and 2026, was voted Best Techno DJ. ANASTAZJA played an exhilarating set last night before being awarded the coveted Best Newcomer award. The #1 Psy DJ was Indira Paganotto, who is bringing her ARTCORE takeover to [UNVRS] on 8th October.
Armin van Buuren took home the #1 Trance DJ award for the second year in a row after just completing his 25 Years of a State of Trance residency at [UNVRS]. Fresh from his 2026 Thursday night residency here, FISHER won #1 House DJ, while our Monday resident Anyma jumped up seven places to become the overall #3 DJ in the World.
This year saw a record number of votes coming in from 234 territories worldwide. The full list is up on DJ Mag now.
David Guetta returns to [UNVRS] this Friday for his special Closing Weekend event. The #1 DJ in the World playing at the #1 Club in the World will be a moment to behold, alongside a lineup that includes MEDUZA, Kevin De Vries, Korolova, and others.
Indira Paganotto Presents ARTCORE is happening tomorrow, 8th October, with Anna Unusyan, I HATE MODELS and others.
Tickets and VIP tables for the final [UNVRS] events of 2026 are up now.
