David Guetta Crowned The World’s No. 1 DJ

Transmission received: the people have spoken as David Guetta tops the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs poll 2025

This is the fifth time the French titan has taken the crown, first winning back in 2011. For the first time in history, the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs Awards Show was held in Ibiza last night. In the high-tech playground of [UNVRS], Guetta collected his award and played an exhilarating two-hour set for the ages.

He headlined an eclectic lineup which featured Armin van Buuren, Boris Brejcha, Indira Paganotto, Jazzy and Miss Monique. [UNVRS] favourites featured in the Top 10, namely Anyma at No.10, and FISHER at No.7, who was also named the No.1 House DJ. Our September special guests charted well, with Charlotte de Witte voted the No.1 Techno DJ, and Sara Landry winning the Best Hard DJ award. Armin van Burren took home the Outstanding Contribution award and was voted the No.1 Trance DJ, with Jazzy named Future Star, Michael Bibi taking Highest New Entry, and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike collecting World's No.1 DJ Group.

David Guetta’s ambitious Galactic Circus residency has pushed boundaries every Friday at [UNVRS] this Season. The superstar DJ masterminded a cosmic spectacle unlike any other, and reminded us why he’s one of the most important and influential artists on the planet. The Closing Party is this Friday and is your final opportunity to see David Guetta at [UNVRS] this year.
