Kobosil is considered one of techno’s fastest rising DJs and producers, having helped pioneer a sound that is at once deep, fast and aggressive. Hailing from Berlin's Neukölln district, his sound is shaped not only by his upbringing but also the cathartic energy of EBM, noise and industrial. Aside from releasing regularly on Berghain's in-house label Ostgut Ton, Kobosil also runs his own R - Label Group imprint. The foundation of Kobosil’s powerful approach to techno is a combination of the dark and the ecstatic.
