In 1992, Green Velvet (AKA Cajmere) made an imprint on the dance community with his infectious experiment, "Coffee Pot (It's Time for the Percolator)", released on Clubhouse Records. Since then the Chicago artist has explored sounds and crossed genres such as house, techno, funk and pop, while always having roots in, and dedication to, the Chicago house sound. The Cajual label boss has gained global recognition for his tracks "La La Land", "Flash" and "Preacher Man".
